  10. My external Supra 28.8 v32 modem keeps hanging up unexpectedly!!!
  11. When I purchased the modem, about 4 months ago, it would hand up
  12. once every 2 hours, now it hangs up every half an hour.

  14. Does anyone have a suggestion??  
  15. I tried calling supra, but no one ever answers.
